Getting hot out, Right? Protect those Li-Ion Batteries

Lithium-Ion Laptop Batteries and the heat of summer....KILLS!

100% of adults and children in the United States own a Laptop and a Li-Ion Battery.  I made that fact up, but listen, there are a lot of Lithium Ion Batteries out there and if you are reading this, you probably have several, in your laptop, cellphone, MP3, electric car... And the aging of lithium-ion is definitely a concern that's often ignored. The lithium-ion electric Laptop battery in use usually lasts between 2-3 years. If you have a HP DV2000 Laptop battery then you know this. The capacity reduction exhibits by itself within elevated inner resistance brought on by oxidation. Ultimately, the cell resistance gets to a point where the load can no longer deliver the actual saved power although the battery might still possess sufficient charge. Because of this, a good aged battery can be kept younger (in performance) in applications which pull low current.
Heat Kills!  In the summertime the car can get very hot inside, keep your laptop batteries out of this kind of exposure.
Also, these important facts to consider:

The most detrimental condition is actually keeping the fully billed battery at elevated temps, that is the situation along with operating laptop computer electric batteries. If used on main energy, the battery inside a laptop will only last for 12-18 several weeks. I must tell you how the discharge does not pass away suddenly but begins with reduced run-times.

Higher charge levels as well as raised temperatures hasten permanent capacity loss. Improvements within biochemistry have raised the actual storage overall performance associated with lithium-ion electric batteries.

If a person requires the length of time we people live, we would soon discover that the longevity differs based on lifestyle as well as living conditions which exist in various countries. Comparable conditions can be found using the electric batteries, lithium-ion in particular.
So, you may not have know this before you read this and now you need a new hp dv2000 Laptop Battery or other kind of laptop battery and that is why you are reading this.   Go visit http://buy-batteries.com  for your new laptop battery.

How Do I Choose A Laptop Battery Replacement

How Do I Choose A Laptop Battery?

Good question...   The answer is not as daunting as you might think...

DON'T GO TO THE MANUFACTURER...UNLESS YOU HAVE
There are tons of online retailers of laptop batteries and adapters that can deliver equal quality to Original Manufacturers Equipment.

A lot of consumers worry about the level of quality of aftermarket batteries. The funny point is, these after market battery manufacturers sometimes make the batteries for those big laptop brands.
If you need a Laptop Battery for:
-HP
-Dell
-IBM
-Toshiba
-Asus
-Gateway
-Acer
-Lenovo
-Sony
-Compaq
-Apple
- or any other model of latop
This is interesting...If you own a dell notebook battery and wanting to invest in a "genuine" Dell battery, and you go to DELL's official web site only to find that they offer you non DELL brand batteries. What?  How can this be?   Funny uh?  The story is, they don't want you to invest in batteries, they want you to buy a NEW laptop! That is why they have quite limited support and supplies for those accessories, although their speed of generating new laptop computer models out of the factory is super. Now you know why.
I do not hesitate to use an aftermarket battery as long as the seller presents a great return policy and very good warranty on their Laptop Batteries and Adapters. Like a 1 year warranty. You will find that you will pay 1/2 or 1/3 of the OEM prices, and get a great Laptop battery or Adapter for as long as the OEM counterparts, that's good enough for me.  Besides, where do you think most of these companies get their actual battery cells anyway?  They buy them from the same Japanese, Korean, Chinese Li-Ion laptop battery cell manufacturers as HP, Sony, Dell, Compaq and the rest of them and wrap them in a hard plastic case and mark them up.   Why pay more for a quality laptop battery for your HP Pavilion Dv2000 or other if you don't need to?

What You Need to Know About Replacing HP DV2000 Laptop Battery

What is there to know about replacing my HP DV2000 laptop battery?   Well, it seems there is a lot to know, or at least consider.  I can't tell you how many times I have read, or heard this type of comment on forums, blogs, from friends, etc...
"I have had this particular laptop for about a year now (Right, you guessed, the warranty just ended!) and this my first and only issue with this laptop, well I should say battery (otherwise, I love it) I turned it on this morning and the stupid thing went from fully charged to beeping, flashing and dying just 15 short minutes later. I have tried everything, charging a little, put it in the fridge, discharge fast, and to no avail it still charges about 15-20% normally and then, boom, all the way charged.  Just like it charged, it discharges, cool for the first few minutes then, bam done and dead.   I tried power settings and HP recommended calibration but it did not help.  Should I give up and buy a new one..."
The answer, YES.  It is time for the HP battery funeral.   Bury your HP DV2000 Laptop Battery (not literally) then dry your eyes and visit the helpful people at Buy-Batteries.com
